Christopher Bhatti – Benefit of Being Comfortable with the Uncomfortable – TEDxSMU Salon 2012

Chris is director of External Affairs and Alumni Relations in the Office of the Dean at SMU’s Simmons School. Prior to SMU, Chris was a science instructor at The Hockaday School for six years. Chris also serves as an executive coach/consultant to Group Excellence, the largest tutoring company in Dallas which works with over 12,000 students in the DFW area, and to the Teaching Trust, which is a non-profit that works in school leadership. Chris is also an entrepreneur and founded a tutoring company, Mindful Learning, LLC, which he sold in 2010. In addition, he is currently a founding partner of a technology start-up called Policy Pulse, LLC. Chris holds his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Psychology from SMU, a Master of Arts in Teaching from The University of Texas at Dallas, an MBA from SMU, and is currently working on his Master’s in Dispute Resolution from SMU.
