An experienced and passionate innovation catalyst, Courtney is a sought-after international speaker and creativity consultant. For the past 15 years she and her teammates have worked hard to inspire corporations and the people who run them to embrace change and fuel passion to generate new ideas. Courtney designs and leads high-energy, interactive, story based programs that push participants to discover what’s new. She’s been a visiting professor of Innovation in Business at the University of Richmond, the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and The Kaos Pilots University in Aarhus, Denmark. Courtney has been the thinking partner of such clients as NBC Universal, Capital One, General Mills, JP Morgan Chase, Hanes Brands Inc., GE, Mattel, Nike, United Health Group, Discovery and American Airlines. Courtney spent the past seven years living on a high school dorm with her husband, their two daughters and 45 freshman boys. In her free time she coaches cross-country and writes children’s books. She has recently moved to Dallas where she is writing a book for young women on the secrets of being extraordinary.
