Jasmin Rohman – A Systematic Approach to Achieve Career Success – TEDxSMUWomen 2015

Talks No Comments

Women are making great strides academically earning almost half the advanced degrees in Medicine, Law and Business but why are a smaller percentage of women than men reaching the top of their professions? Systems Engineer Jasmin Rohman goes into the details of how the “Academic System” and the “Professional System” require four different inputs that lead to the output of success and how women can systematically master these new skills to thrive in the professional world. This talk, while aimed at an audience of women, has universal takeaways — for men and women, new grads and mid-career workers.

Jasmin Rohman is a Systems Engineer IV at Raytheon with over 13 years of Technical Leadership and Systems Engineering experience. She has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas, an MS in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University and is a PhD candidate in Systems Engineering at Texas Tech University.
